Return & Refund Policy

Returns

All sales are deemed final and no refunds are allowed.

However, Worn Magic will accept returns on the following terms and conditions:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 calendar days, after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

To be eligible for Refund / Exhange:

  • Notify us through email or the contact form, within seven days from when the order was recieved.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should be in its original packaging.


Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and we will include an additional charges for size exchanges.


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
